Gary Sealey IEng MCIBSE

During his 7 years at Buckinghamshire County Council Gary developed a sound knowledge of Mechanical Building Services. Since joining TPES in 1996 he has been responsible for the mechanical design on a wide variety of projects. In particular he has gained vast experience and knowledge in the complex field of pharmaceutical and laboratory ventilation. He has progressed through the practice becoming an Associate in 2000 and an Equity Partner in 2003.

Graham S. Downes BEng(Hons) CEng MCIBSE

Served an indentured apprenticeship with Sulzer Bros (UK) Ltd, HVAC Contracting Engineers and was educated through HNC and an Honours Degree in Building Services Engineering. Before joining TPES as an Associate, Graham had 6 years in consultancy working for Hannaford Upright, Parsons Brown and as a Partner of a small design/drawing office agency.

Graham is responsible for mechanical design of pharmaceutical, healthcare and veterinary research projects.

Peter J. Tucker BSc(Hons) CEng MIET MIMechE MCIBSE

Educated through HNC in Electrical Engineering and Honours Degree in Environmental Engineering with industrial training as an apprentice with Southern Electricity and subsequently with Royal Aircraft Establishment, Farnborough. Resident Engineer on the Concorde major fatigue test. Peter joined TPES as a full Partner, coming from the Home Office Prison Service where he was responsible for designs associated with all aspects of M&E services in HM Penal Establishments. Peter retired as a Partner in 2009.

Peter is responsible for mechanical and electrical design of prison service, pharmaceutical, veterinary and healthcare projects.
